Resident chef at The Hare & Hounds, Leavenheath, I produce traditional food for the pub on a Friday night, Saturday night & a Sunday lunch.

Perfect for your party, wedding or event. We can cater for any size from 40 to 140 perhaps more. With the freshest of local sourced ingredients we aim to produce a traditional Paella bursting with flavour.

Confit chicken iceberg wrap
Chinese chicken confit served in a crisp iceberg lettuce leaf with pickled vegetables and plum sauce.

A real classic with a twist. Prawns & crayfish on a crisp salad of lettuce & cucumber, topped with Marie-rose sauce and lightly dusted with cayenne pepper.

Pizza
Home made & baked to orde. We make our fresh dough on the day & roll the pizza base to a 12" thin and crispy crust with a choice of toppings. These are only available on music nights. Please check the calendar for dates.
